“We had a great experience with Sam. After about 5 different realtors just couldn’t keep up with our demanding needs, Sam showed up on the radar and we gave him a shot. He was very aggressive and knowledgeable as well as flexible enough to work around our schedules. He picked us up, including our 2 year old, and drove us to numerous houses… including some that were quite far away. We ended up fighting for, and finally getting, a foreclosure from an unresponsive bank and a selling agent who didn’t seem very engaged at times. Two things set Sam high above the other realtors I have worked with recently. First, he has lots of experience in general and more specifically with Short Sales and Foreclosures. When shortcuts are available he will use them to speed things up. Second, he is extremely responsive and available. Email, Phone, or Text… you will get a response back either immediately or within an hour. Of course there were a couple times when he was not able to respond within an hour… but it was Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving. He did respond on those days and on weekends as well. Sam was very helpful, and we ended up getting a house one mile from where I work with a commute less than 15 minutes (with traffic!). I no longer have to deal with the 295.
