“Sam is very talented and experienced in what he does. He and his partner, Nav took the time to find my family the best home in the neighborhood we wanted. Out of inconveniences, they both took the time to make sure we see many properties before we decide on the one we wanted. We had a list of agents on hand when we contacted Sam, but after showing one property, they stopped calling or helping. “A couple of years ago, I purchased a property in my family’s favorite vacation locale – Costa Rica. “I don’t know what I would have done without Samer and his team. I, like many others in America, purchased what I thought would be an “investment property,” during the real estate boom, only to watch the value of my property plummet to just $30,000. I had another real estate firm attempting to negotiate on my behalf, but, after almost 2 years of making no progress, I was losing hope. That’s when I finally called Samer, after a friend recommended me to him. He put me at ease and assured me that even though many others had turned their noses at my case, saying it couldn’t be done, that he would help me not only sell the property, but also, reduce my astronomical HOA debt. I was skeptical at first, but decided to trust him.
